Term and Conditions

• Rates are not valid on Long Weekends, Festivals Dates, Christmas and New Year.
• Above rates are non-commissionable
• Season Time Period (15 April to 15 July & 20 Dec to 5 Jan)
• Off Season Time Period (16 July to 15 Sep)
• Mid-Season Price (16 Sep to 30 Mar)

Payment Deposit Policy

• In order to confirm the booking, a minimum of 35% advance payment needs to be paid within two days (in case travel days are less the two days kindly contact to sale Person) Parker Camps, reserves the right to cancel the room block in case of Non-payment of the above-mentioned advance as per schedule date and time.
• The scan copy of the pay-in-slip or payment advice should be sent to us by email to reconfirm the booking.
• Payments should be cleared in our bank account before check-in of the client and in case of direct part payment, the same should be settled on the arrival of the client.
• Parker Camps, reserves the right to cancel the room block in case of Non-payment of the above-mentioned advance as per schedule.
• All deposits paid by or on behalf of the client are subject to the cancellation fee, are forfeited and are non-refundable and non-transferable as per the cancellation policy.

Child Policy

• Kids Below 5 Years will be complimentary, but an extra bed will chargeable if required.
• A Child age above 12 Years will be considered an adult

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation before 15 Days to travel Date – 70% of the Invoice amount (Refundable)
• Cancellation between 15 Days to 7 days to travel – 50% of the invoice amount (Refundable)
• Cancellation in less than 07 Days to travel Date - No Refundable
